Customer Support Representative – German

NCsoft Europe is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join the existing Customer Services Team. The Customer Support Representative must be fluent in German and English and will be responsible for dealing with customer support queries from our German players. Dealing directly with NCsoft customers, the Customer Support Representative is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Success in this role relies on excellent verbal and written communication, effective personal organization and a strong customer service ethic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide customer support for an online gaming service via email, telephone or other interfaces
  • Respond rapidly to customer inquiries providing complete and accurate information
  • Document all customer inquiries using the required paperwork so that customer information and records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Establish regular communication with colleagues to share customer information and best practice
  • Maintain up-to-date information on customer issues by completing, maintaining and processing the pertinent paperwork and records
  • Create and translate new articles for the customer support tools

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Previous Experience working in a Customer Support or related environment is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate a computerised data entry system and other relevant applications
  • Knowledge of the PC gaming industry and multiplayer online gaming
  • Team player who enjoys working under pressure
