Removing Credit Card Information When Cancelling

Question

I want to remove the credit card information from my account.

Answer

Follow the instructions below to cancel the subscription for your game account and remove the credit card information on file on your PlayNC master account:

  1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
  2. Click the Billing Summary link on your PlayNC Account Management page.
  3. Locate the Credit Card on File section and click the REMOVE CARD button in the Actions box.
  4. Review the warning message text and click the OK button if you agree.
All subscriptions will be cancelled on all game accounts and your credit card information will be removed from file on the PlayNC master account. You can continue to access any game accounts until the paid time has expired.
