Cancelling Subscriptions On All Game Accounts

I want to cancel the subscriptions for all of the game accounts on my PlayNC master account.

Answer

Follow the instructions below to cancel subscriptions for all the game accounts on a single PlayNC master account and remove the credit card information on file:

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
2. Click on the Billing Summary section of your PlayNC Account Management page.
3. Locate the Scheduled Payments section and click the CANCEL ALL BILLING link at the bottom right.
4. Review the warning message text and click the OK button if you agree.
