Cannot Pay in Local Currency
Question
I live in Europe, but the billing system will not allow me to pay in local currency.
Answer
The billing currency is determined by the address on your PlayNC master account at the time of original account activation. That currency is permanently set. Changing that address after the game account is activated will not change the currency you are billed in.
If the address on the PlayNC master account is in our European billing system, the account will be billed in EUR (€). If the address is in the United Kingdom, the account will be billed in GBP (£). Those living in European countries that are not included in the European billing system will be billed in USD ($).Can't find what you're looking for? Ask a question.
