Game Time Card to Credit Card Payments

How do I switch to a credit/debit card subscription plan while I am currently on a game time card plan?

Answer

To change your billing plan from a current game time card to a credit/debit card, you will need to follow the instructions below.

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management
2. Click the Game Accounts link
3. Click the corresponding game account
4. Click the Cancel Subscription link
5. Read the pop-up message and click the OK button
6. Click the Account Management link on the Deactivation Survey page
7. Click the Game Accounts link
8. Click the corresponding game account
9. Click the Subscribe to Game link
10. Choose the monthly subscription plan and type of credit/debit you wish to activate your account with and click the SUBMIT button
11. Fill out your credit/debit card information and click the Submit button
