Why has my account stopped automatically charging my credit card?
Answer
Recurring billing will automatically stop if your credit card has expired. It may also stop if your financial institution declined the attempted charge.
If your card has expired, you simply need to reactivate your account with your updated billing information. Please see the article below for help with doing so.
