Retroactive Veteran Rewards

I've been playing City of Heroes for a long time. Are the Veteran Rewards retroactive?

Answer

Yes! The program is retroactive by game account and rewards will be applicable to all characters within each respective account.
You can view which Veteran Rewards your account has already earned and is scheduled to receive in the future by doing the following:

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
2. Click the Game Accounts link.
3. Click your City of Heroes/City of Villains (Europe) game account on the Game Accounts page.
4. Locate the Veteran Rewards section on the Game Account Details page.
