Adding Additional Game Accounts

How do I add another game account to my PlayNC master account?

Answer

Once you have purchased an additional copy of the software or serial code online, you can add an additional game account to your existing PlayNC master account by following these steps:

Please log into PlayNC Account Management and follow the instructions below.

  1. Click the Use a Serial Code link.
  2. Enter your serial code or access key and select the appropriate option for your code; 20 digits or 25 digits. If you are unsure what type of code you have, choose the I'm Not Sure option.
  3. Click the CONTINUE button.
  4. Next, choose your game account name.
    1. If you want the game account name to be different from your PlayNC master account name, complete the information under option 1 and click the CREATE GAME ACCOUNT button.
    2. If you want the game account name to match your PlayNC master account name, click the CREATE GAME ACCOUNT button under option 2.
  5. Next, choose your activation method. You will need a valid credit or debit card, or prepaid game time card to activate your account.
    1. If you use a credit or debit card, you will not be charged until your included month of game time expires.
    2. If you use a game time card, you will receive the included month of game time plus the number of days provided by the game time card you purchased.

After completing this process, you should receive a message letting you know that your account has been queued for activation.Once that activation is processed, you will receive an e-mail letting you know. After you receive that e-mail, you can log into the game and begin playing.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend you save the "Game Account Activated!" e-mail sent to you after the initial activation of your game account. That e-mail contains a very important piece of information that we use to verify account ownership. You may need it if you need help with your account later. That specific piece of information is only provided in the e-mail sent after the original activation of your game account. It cannot be resent.
