Change Billing Option
Question
How do I change my current billing option?
Answer
To change your recurring credit/debit card billing option, or switch to a game time card for a single game account, please follow these instructions:
- Log into PlayNC Account Management.
- Click the Game Accounts link.
- Locate and click on your game account on the Game Accounts page.
- Click the CANCEL ACCOUNT link in the Actions section.
NOTE: You will still be able to play out the remaining paid game time on the account. - Return to the PlayNC Account Management page.
- Click the Game Accounts link.
- Relocate and click on your game account on the Game Accounts page.
- Click the REACTIVATE ACCOUNT link in the Actions section.
- You will then be prompted to select a recurring billing or game time card option that best suits your needs.
