How can I pay with a credit/debit card?

Answer

To pay subscription/membership fees by credit/debit card, log into PlayNC Account Management then follow the instructions below.

1. Click the Game Accounts link.

2. Click the game account for which you wish to use your credit/debit card.

3. Click the Subscribe to Game, or Become a Member link in the Actions section.

4. Choose your monthly subscription plan under the Credit Card Plans section and select the Card Type from the drop down menu.

5. Enter the required billing information, then click the SUBMIT button.

You will receive an e-mail once your account has successfully been activated.

If this is the first activation of your account, that e-mail will also contain a Unique Account ID. We strongly recommend you keep a record of that piece of information. That is the only e-mail in which your Unique Account ID will be provided.

Using a credit/debit card will automatically place your subscription on a recurring plan. To remove the account from recurring billing, you must deactivate the recurring billing from your PlayNC master account.
