How do I create a support account?

Answer

To create a support account, use the following instructions:

1. Visit the Support Account Creation Page.
   
2. Enter your e-mail address in all lower case letters, choose a password, and verify the password in the New Account section.
   
3. Enter your first and last name, and e-mail address in the Contact Information section.
   
4. Click the Create Account button.
   

Once your account is created, you can log into the PlayNC Support Website using your e-mail address and the password that you chose.
