Knowledge Base

Welcome to the PlayNC Support Knowledge Base, designed as a tool to help you find answers to the most commonly asked support questions. The Knowledge Base already covers a vast number of topics, from account queries to game-specific technical support, and more information is added all the time.

There are two ways you can use the Knowledge Base. The first is to perform a simple search - you can filter by product, by the nature of question and by specific keywords. The more you can specify, the better your chances of getting the right results.

If you don’t manage to find the answer you’re looking for, you can ‘Ask a Question’ to our Customer Support team, who will do their best to resolve your problem for you. To submit a question, you must first create a Knowledge Base account - doing so takes just a few minutes and can save time for future support requests.

As with performing a search, the more information you can give our team, the quicker and more accurately they can provide you with an answer. You will be notified by email once your question has received a response - to view this, click on the link in the email and log into your account. If you have multiple questions logged, you can access your account at any time to view the status of each, just click on ‘My Stuff’ and log in.
