NCsoft Europe respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask that subscribers of our services do the same. In connection with our services, NCsoft Europe has adopted and implemented a policy respecting the copyright law that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers of NCsoft Europe’s online systems and games who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, including copyrights.
Ownership Policy
NCsoft’s games are comprised, without limitation, of software code, programs, routines, subroutines, objects, files, data, characters (including but not limited to attributes comprising or associated with a character or Member account), graphics, sound effects, music, animation, video, text, content, layout, design and other information downloaded from and accessible through the Service (collectively, the “Game Content").
